From the moment we booked the hotel, the excellent service began. We were emailed to ask if we had any special requests or services prior to arrival and we asked for extra pillows and towels which were placed in the room on arrival.
We had a warm welcome from reception and were able to check in straight away even though we were slightly early. Normally they would take you to your room but this was not possible due to COVID. The room is quite stylish if a little small but the room was well appointed with a luxurious, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with walk-in shower .
There was cafetiere coffee provided together with a range of teas and a soft drink complimentary minibar. At breakfast, they lost our order and we ended up not having anything to eat but they more than made up for it and were very apologetic. We ate in the rooftop restaurant for lunch and the food and service were amazing.

I had booked for 8 & 9 September but needed to add Monday and Thursday to my stay.
This has to be done on line - my amendments were accepted and I was not advised that I would need to change rooms to accommodate my additional nights. When I arrived on 7 September I was offered my preferred room and checked that my additional nights had been noted and I would not have to change rooms. At 12 noon on 9 September I was called and advised that the room I was in had been sold to someone else and I had to return, pack my belongings and move to a smaller room. As I was in the middle of a meeting I couldn't do anything. I went to the hotel to put my case in person at 2.00 pm, stating that I had asked and been assured. The Manager advised me that the 'computer said no', my room had been sold and I had to move.
If I didn't move myself they would do so and in any case my key card had been cancelled. I advised that I would not be happy if my belongings were moved and I had to leave as I was on my way to another meeting. I returned to the hotel at 7.00 pm, packed up my belongings and stayed elsewhere - forfeiting the 2 nights accommodation charge, but cancelling all future bookings.
Calling me in the middle of the day was not acceptable. Needless to say I won't utilise the services of Premier going forward. My advice to anyone needing a room in London ATM - do your research, there are some great deals available.

The rooms are not very large but they have everything that may be needed while away from home - well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, there is even underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The bins are not annoyingly small as in some other places. There is air conditioning so the room can be made as cool or warm as needed.
Windows open only a bit but it is possible to air the room. All the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and there was no problem to arrange payments through my employer with the accounts team. Toiletries, tea and coffee bags are only provided as a welcome pack so it is useful to bring your own or buy after arrival. The pillows are quite thick and bouncy so they were too high for me but this is down to personal preference. Overall, it is a very good stay and a wonderful place to rest after a long working day. The club's intelligent and responsive audiences, friendly staff, and intimate club set-up all combine to make the club the perfect venue for enjoying live stand-up comedy.
